Reservation:

  • max. occupancy is 4 adults plus a baby up to 2 years in a crib
  • incl. linens and towels, final cleaning, energy, water, heat, internet, incl. 7% VAT
  • non-smoking, no pets allowed
  • The city of Lübben (Spreewald) collects visitor tax: per adult: 2,00€ / night; children up to 18 years free
  • arrival - 3pm (summer holidays 4pm) - 7pm
  • departure - until 10am
  • 20% down payment
  • final payment will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation fees:

  • up to 3 months before arrival – free of charge
  • 3 months before arrival – 20% of the total amount
  • 30 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount
  • 14 days before arrival – 70% of the total amount
  • 7 days before arrival – 90% of the total amount

We will always try to find a replacement booking for a cancelled reservation. If we succeed, we will refund the cancellation fees up to the amount of the replacement booking.
